Thank you for the very nice stay for the bank holiday weekend. I have stayed in the standard queen room with a very comfy bed. An electric kettle, central heating and a TV set are available. The location is magnificent and brilliant, 10 minutes' walk to Lucky Strike Video Arcade. And the area is calm just off shops, a nice quiet residential area, sea front.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Skegness. The property was clean and homey. Warm units with the tea, a very comfy bed, as example, and the staff were informative. Location: the hotel was just next door to beach, the promenade and Skegness for the Stock cars. I was surprised at nearby Coffee Bean, they had some goodies, drinks.
